Customer Service/Concierge Energetic, up-beat, service-oriented employee to work in unique, castle environment on beautiful Lake Tahoe. Full-time seasonal job with opportunity for year-round growth. Applicant must possess superior customer service skills, ability to follow through, anticipate needs, enjoy diversity, project a positive image and be dependable. Responsible for customer service requests, booking events, customer greetings, minor food/beverage handling, and group event interaction both on land and Lake in addition to various other duties. Ideal candidate has diverse skill set, seeks first-class working atmosphere, is flexible, prioritizes well, and concierge or resort experience is a plus. Great pay for fun position.
